This week I had the great fun of writing a guest post for Practically Perfect Meg regarding my stay at The Embassy Suites Anaheim South. Megan and I share a love for Disney and if you’re planning a trip to Disney, her expertise is something to look into. She writes great tips and reviews regarding the parks and has a lot of insider info. To get the whole picture, read my highlights below and visit Megan for the whole post here: Embassy Suites Anaheim South
Full Disclosure: This an unsponsored post. Meaning, Embassy Suites didn’t pay to me write this review nor did they comp my stay. My opinions are my own.
Here’s a little teaser of the full post:
If you can’t afford to stay in a hotel built by Disney, I suggest staying in a Disney “Good Neighbor Hotel.” These are hotels that have been given the stamp of approval by Disney, making them reliable and good places to stay, but not quite as spendy. Good Neighbor Hotels also allow you to book your stay directly through Disney if you purchase tickets as well. When searching for one of these go to disneyland.com > Places to Stay > Good Neighbor Hotels. This will give you a full list of resorts knighted by Disney. You don’t have to book through Disney’s website to stay at these resorts, but you may receive a package discount if you do. I was able to get a 4th night free when booking through Disney’s website.
The Embassy Suites Anaheim South is a good neighbor hotel, owned by Hilton, so you can have the confidence that this place has decent service and decent amenities. My favorite part is that the Embassy provides 1 free meal for their hot breakfast buffet and a complimentary happy hour with snacks and a free drink every night. This moderately priced hotel gave me a lot of reasons to come back.
